When to get in touch

• A product team is pulling apart on design versus business, and someone has to make both work at once.
• A team is building an AI product and has to decide what it can honestly claim.
• A company needs to work out where AI belongs in its own way of working.
• A smaller web, SaaS, or e-commerce project needs building, not only advising.

Client work that belongs with UX&I I carry over there myself, so the first message can always come to me.

When I am probably not the right person

• A single screen, or a pair of hands for production design work.
• A large build that needs a staffed team. I take on smaller projects.
• One-on-one coaching.

If you have survey data and want figures that were counted rather than guessed, you do not need me at all: Survey Insight Skills is open source and free. The same goes for syncTerms if you need to keep a glossary in one place.
